“La MESA,” a Spanish restaurant and wine bar, owned by a Japanese with an extraordinary passion for cuisine. The restaurant meticulously showcases the authentic essence of Spanish food to Taiwanese consumers. Not only focusing on taste but also integrating Spanish aesthetic elements into the space. The designer engaged in meticulous communication with the owner and decided to draw inspiration from Antoni Gaudí, the master architect behind the Sagrada Família, to create a building with a strong design style that highlights the unique features of Spanish cuisine.
