Named after the deer, ” Deer’s Hotpot Bistro ” is a hot pot restaurant where the deer symbol serves as the design’s point. It briefly closed in 2018, bidding farewell to its past and reemerging with a completely new look. In 2019, it discreetly relocated to an alley in Song Yan, retaining its simple and understated style with raw concrete finishes. The signage still features the deer motif, expanded to evoke a wilderness ambiance, matching the spacious dining area at the current location. The courtyard’s back wall uses raw concrete painted in backlight, highlighting the hollow iron pillar sign with light and shadow effects. Besides its signature cast iron pots and delicious food that captured diners’ hearts, Deer’s Hotpot Bistro upgraded its overall quality and adjusted its customer orientation toward a more discerning clientele, emphasizing premium ingredients, dining environment, and service.
