PROCESS

Enquiry
For residential projects, this stage involves learning about family size, lifestyle habits, special preferences, project budget, furniture and equipment requirements, and scheduling.
For office projects, it includes understanding team structure, corporate identity, workflow patterns, equipment needs, projected growth over the next three to five years, budget and timeline.
For commercial projects, we explore business nature, philosophy, location, footfall patterns, and product positioning, including target audience insights.
02.
Site Survey
We conduct a thorough site survey to understand the surroundings and conditions of the location. Detailed measurements and observations are recorded, and photographs are taken and archived to support the design process.
03.
Finalise The Floorplan
Following client consultations and precise on-site measurements, we create a bespoke floorplan that aligns with the client’s needs. Through clear communication and careful coordination, we make any necessary adjustments to refine the final design.
04.
Proposal
We prepare a comprehensive proposal that outlines our vision and the tailored solutions suited to the project’s objectives. During this stage, we discuss estimated design service fees, construction budgets, project scope and the next steps in the collaboration.
05.
Design Agreement
If the preliminary proposal meets expectations and further development is required, both parties enter into a Design Contract. This agreement allows us to deliver a deeper level of service, including detailed revisions and full design development.
06.
Finalisation Of Design
We refine the design by reviewing every element to ensure perfect alignment with the client’s vision. This includes adjustments to layout, colour palettes, furniture selections and decorative elements, resulting in a cohesive, aesthetically refined space.
