FAAA Coffee

Located in the quaint city of Tainan, where historical charm blends with modern trends, creating a unique environment. Designer HAO-WEN YANG tailored the design to meet the owner’s requirements for both spatial harmony and practical functionality. The ground floor serves as a café, prioritising a relaxed atmosphere over high turnover, allowing visitors to resonate with the surroundings and filter out external disturbances before ascending to the guesthouse on the second floor. The design employs “layout” and “grayscale tones” to visually evoke a feeling of gradual enlightenment, guiding visitors through subtle emotional transitions.
